Quick answers to what clients ask most. Each one has a step-by-step page in the clients’ guide.
- “How do I change my appointment?” Visits → “Change time” or “Cancel” (until the cancellation window).
- “Why does it say waiting for confirmation?” It’s a request. You’ll accept it or suggest times they can pick.
- “I didn’t get a reminder.” Check that alerts are on in Profile, and that their email and mobile are right.
- “How do I share my video?” The “Share your look” tab.
- “I can’t sign in.” Use “Email me a sign-in code instead” with the email they booked with.
