Your account is your email. Sign in with a code we email you, no password needed. If you’ve booked before, your visits are already waiting.

- Go to your-website.com/login (or open the app).
- Tap “Email me a sign-in code instead” (or “Create your account with a code” if you’re new).
- Enter your email and tap “Email me a code”. Use the same email you booked with.
- Type “The code we emailed you” and tap “Sign in”.
- Prefer a password? Tap “Forgot your password?” to set one.
Good to know
- The code works for a few minutes. Ask for a new one after a minute if it doesn’t arrive, and check your spam folder.
How to show it (for the team)
Have them sign in with the email they booked with. Their visits appear straight away.
