The quickest win: get every client on the app before they leave. They get reminders, can rebook in seconds and see new videos.
- Ask: “Do you have our app? It takes ten seconds.”
- Open your-website.com/app on their phone and tap “Download the app” (iPhone: Share → “Add to Home Screen”).
- Have them open it and tap “Turn on alerts”.
- Show the “Book” tile and the “Videos” tile in the middle.
