Change the time or cancel in the app, up to the cancellation window. After that, call or message us.
App → “Visits” → “Upcoming”
- Open “Visits” and find the visit under “Upcoming”.
- Tap “Change time”, pick a day and time, and confirm. Or tap “Cancel” and confirm.
- Inside the window it says “To change this visit, please call us.” Use Call or Message us.
How to show it (for the team)
Show the “Change time” button so they know they can do it themselves, any time.
