VIPs get new videos first, openings and offers. Email them (and text them, with texting on) from Studio.
Studio → Videos → “VIP list”
- Clients join from your Videos page, the video feed or their app.
- In “VIP list”, tap “Email your VIP list”.
- Write the “Subject”, “Message”, “Button text” and “Button goes to”. Tick “Also send as a text” if you want.
- Tap “Send me a test” first, then “Send to N”.
Good to know
- Texts to VIPs go out at most once a week per person, only between 9am and 7pm.
- “Copy emails” and “Download” export the list.
