Pick a group (everyone, those who haven’t been back, birthdays, a service…), write a message, test it and send it in your name.
Studio → Client campaigns
- Open “Client campaigns”. Tap an idea under “Start from” or write your own.
- Under “Who gets it”, pick the group. The count shows how many it reaches.
- Pick “Email”, “Text” or “Both”, then write the “Subject” and message. Write {first name} to use each person’s name.
- Tap “Send me a test”, then “Send to N” and “Yes, send”.
Good to know
- Only clients who said yes to news and offers get campaigns. Everyone gets a one-tap way to stop.
- Texts go out between 9am and 7pm, at most once a week, and never to anyone who replied STOP.
- Review requests, rebooking reminders, birthdays and win-backs can also send by themselves: Settings → “Automatic messages”.
