Protect your account (and your business): after your password, Studio asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone. Someone who learns your password still can’t get in.
Studio → Sign-in & security
- Install an authenticator app on your phone if you don’t have one: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.
- In Studio, open “Sign-in & security” and tap “Turn on two-step sign-in”.
- In the app, tap + and scan the QR code. (Can’t scan? Tap “Enter this key instead” and type the key.)
- Type the 6-digit code the app shows for “Lead Clickz Studio” and tap “Confirm and turn on”.
- From now on, sign in with your email and password, then the newest code from the app.
Good to know
- Codes change every 30 seconds. If one is refused, wait for the next one and check your phone’s time is set automatically.
- New phone? Turn it off with a code from the old phone, then set it up again on the new one.
- Lost your phone? Ask Lead Clickz support to reset it. They’ll confirm it’s you first.
- Connecting QuickBooks requires two-step sign-in on your account.
- Encourage your managers to turn it on too: they can see and change a lot.
