Get a notification on your phone the moment a client requests a time.
Studio → Requests → “Turn on alerts”
- Install the Studio app first (see “Get the Studio app”), then open it from your home screen.
- Go to “Requests” and tap “Turn on alerts”.
- Allow notifications when your phone asks.
- You’ll see “Request alerts are on for this phone”. Do this on each phone you use.
Good to know
- If it says notifications are blocked, allow them for the site in your phone or browser settings, then try again.
- You also get an email for each request, and the “Requests (N)” count shows in the menu.
