Decide how far ahead clients can book, the notice you need, cancellations, deposits and whether bookings need your OK.
Studio → Settings → “Booking rules”
- Open “Settings” → “Booking rules”.
- Set “Start times every”, “Shortest notice”, “Book up to”, “Free cancellation until” and “Upcoming visits per client”.
- Choose a “Deposit”: “No deposit”, “Percent of the price” or “Fixed amount”.
- Leave “Confirm online bookings automatically” OFF if you want every online booking to come in as a request you accept (recommended).
- Tap “Save rules”.
Good to know
- Deposits are only taken once Stripe is connected (see “Connect Stripe”).
- “Free cancellation until” also controls when clients can change or cancel online themselves.
