When the team can’t do your requested time, they send other times. Tap one and it’s booked.
App → “Choose a new time” card
- Open the alert, or the app.
- In the “Choose a new time” card, read the note from the team.
- Tap the time you want and confirm.
- You’ll see “You’re booked for …”.
Good to know
- None work? Tap “Message us” and we’ll find another time.
How to show it (for the team)
Show them the card at the top of the app, and tell them one tap is all it takes.
