Studio works out what each person earned and what to pay them, including tips, or the rent they owe and what they’ve paid.
Studio → Team pay
- Open “Team pay”. Tap “Pay rule” on each person.
- Choose “Commission”, “Set amount” or “Booth or suite rent”, then fill in the percentages, amounts or rent.
- Tick “Pay their tips out to them” if they keep tips.
- Tap “Save pay rule”.
- Each pay day, choose the range and tap “Download for payroll”.
- When a renter pays their booth rent, tap “Record rent”, enter the amount, date and how they paid, then “Record payment”. The “Booth rent” column shows what’s paid and what’s still owed.
