Ask a question about a visit or a product. The team replies in the app and you get an alert.
App → “Message us” · “Messages” tab
- Tap “Message us”.
- Type in “Write a message” and tap “Send”.
- You’ll get an alert when the team replies.
Good to know
- Texts from your studio are updates only. Replying to a text doesn’t reach the team, so use “Message us” in the app.
How to show it (for the team)
Show “Message us”: questions get answered without a phone call.
